We have three king-size rooms and a twin-bedded room. All our rooms have en-suite showers, complementary toiletries, crisp linen and soft towels, whilst the rooms include flat screen TVs with DVD players and a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits.

Lighthouse    Our largest upstairs room has views of the Norfolk countryside. If you look carefully, you can even see Happisburgh lighthouse. High ceilings and exposed natural beams make this an extremely light and airy room.

Blue sky   A lovely sized room with exposed beams, high ceilings and natural light give it a very relaxing and comfortable feel.

Sunrise    With its exposed natural beams and built-in wardrobe, this is one of the barn’s most authentic rooms. Early risers can also enjoy the Norfolk sunrise through its east facing window.

Boardwalk   With two single beds this is the perfect room for friends or siblings, situated on the ground floor with plenty of natural light and views to the garden.

Breakfast
We endeavour to accommodate most dietary requirements. For the meateaters among you, we offer a hearty Norfolk breakfast of sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes (all made from local produce) and beans. This is served with toast, jams and marmalades, washed down with fresh ground coffee, selected teas and fruit juice.

John now bakes his own fresh bread every morning.

We also offer a continental-style breakfast of cereal, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and cheese or cold meat.

Dinner
By previous arrangement, we can offer a two-course evening meal for a cost of £15 per person or three-course for £18p.p. This could include a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian courses. A menu is available on request, the ingredients dependent on the season. There are also some fabulous restaurants nearby.

Please note: we do not have a liquor licence but are happy to chill your wine for you!

Willow Farm Barn is a beautiful, modern seaside bed and breakfast located in the Norfolk countryside. It has easy access to a blue flag sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads. The bed and breakfast provides the perfect base for a range of outdoor activities.

Built in 1740 (there’s a stone in one of the walls which states this date), the barn was converted into a home in 2009. We have decorated the four rooms in a coastal style and offer a warm, friendly and relaxing stay in our home.
